Ingredients
Scale
1 (16 ounce) package shelf-stable potato gnocchi
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Place the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible; work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
Drizzle the gnocchi with olive oil and toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the gnocchi.
Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
Remove the basket from the air fryer and immediately toss the hot gnocchi with the grated Parmesan cheese until coated.
Serve immediately as a side dish, snack, or appetizer.
Notes
You can use refrigerated or frozen gnocchi, but you may need to increase the cooking time by 2 to 4 minutes until they reach your desired crispness.
For added flavor, toss the cooked gnocchi with 1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning along with the Parmesan cheese.
Serve these potato bites with marinara sauce or pesto for dipping.
