Make these easy sheet pan buffalo chicken sliders for your next party or game day. They feature shredded chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and melted cheese baked on soft rolls for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.
1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack blend)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
Slice the slider rolls horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected as much as possible. Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the topping mixture.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the slider rolls.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown and slightly crisp.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing between the rolls. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of blue cheese dressing over the chicken before adding the top rolls.
If you do not have pre-cooked chicken, you can cook 1 pound of chicken breasts in a slow cooker with 1/2 cup of water or broth until easily shredded.
For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the butter topping mixture.
