Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (or to taste)

Instructions

  3. Add chili garlic sauce, starting with 1 teaspoon and adding more to reach your desired spice level.
  4. Whisk until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dumplings or potstickers.

Notes

  • This sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • Adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce to control the heat. For a milder sauce, use less; for a spicier sauce, use more.
  • You can substitute black vinegar for rice vinegar for a deeper flavor.
  • Add a pinch of sugar for a touch of sweetness if desired.
