Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
1/4 cup pickle juice
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the sour cream, pickle juice, dried minced onion, and ranch seasoning mix to the bowl. Mix on low speed until just combined. Do not overmix.
Gently fold in the finely chopped dill pickles using a rubber spatula.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, garnish the top with fresh chopped dill, if using. Serve cold with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
For a thicker dip, substitute half of the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt.
If you prefer a stronger pickle flavor, add 1-2 tablespoons of extra pickle juice.
You can prepare this dip up to 24 hours ahead of time. Keep it covered in the refrigerator.
