Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 23 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced jalapeños, and garlic powder.
  4. Fold in half of the crumbled bacon.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
  7. Top with the remaining crumbled bacon.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden brown on top.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, leave some of the jalapeño seeds in.
  • If you prefer a smoother dip, you can process the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a food processor before adding the other ingredients.
  • This dip can also be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
  • For a low-carb option, serve with celery sticks, bell pepper strips, or pork rinds.
