An easy oven-finished pork tenderloin with a sweet and tangy maple Dijon glaze, perfect for weeknights or holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to make the glaze.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Pour the maple Dijon glaze over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  8. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) on a meat thermometer.
  9. Let the pork tenderloin rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a make-ahead option, prepare the glaze and marinate the pork for up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • This recipe is also excellent for a cozy fall or winter dinner.
  • Adjust maple syrup and Dijon mustard to your preference for sweetness and tang.
