A refreshing, non-alcoholic tropical drink with fresh mango, mint, and lime, perfect for summer parties.

Ingredients

  • 1012 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, combine the mango chunks, mint leaves, and lime wedges.
  2. Gently muddle the ingredients to release the mint oils and lime juice. Do not over-muddle the mint.
  3. Add the simple syrup to the glass.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Top with club soda or sparkling water.
  6. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig and a mango slice, if desired.

  • For a smoother drink, you can blend the mango, mint, and lime with a splash of water before muddling.
  • To make a pitcher for a party, multiply the ingredients and muddle in a pitcher. Add ice and soda water just before serving.
