A comforting and easy tuna noodle casserole recipe, perfect for a family dinner.

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, pimiento, and black pepper. Stir in the drained tuna and cooked egg noodles.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 1.5-quart casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed potato chips evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
